The Roundhouse London is a Victorian-era gem, built back in 1846 to serve as a repair shed for steam engines. In the interim years, The Roundhouse London (a grade II listed building) transformed itself into a cultural icon, playing host to some of the biggest names in entertainment; Jimi Hendrix, Pink Floyd, The Doors, David Bowie, Oasis, Keane and Jay-Z are just a few of those featured on The Roundhouse schedule over the years.

In addition to concerts, The Roundhouse London provides a platform for the performing arts, with world class theatre outfits such as The Royal Shakespeare Company staging productions there regularly. Festivals, Film (and all its related activities; workshops, Q&As etc) are two more important aspects of The Roundhouse London function.
