Introduction to outcomes and demonstrating impact

3 Hour Workshop Introduction to outcomes and demonstrating impact Being able to monitor and report on your impact can help you ensure that your activities/services are effective, that you are achieving your aims and make a real difference to your fundraising. This workshop will give you an understanding of outcomes and impact measuring. There will be practical examples and exercises of how to develop outcomes, different ways of monitoring them and how to set up an evaluation framework that is manageable even for small organisations. This workshop is for those who are new to working with outcomes and are not currently measuring the impact of their work. You may have some familiarity with outcomes and may have done some monitoring before, but not be doing it routinely. It will be particularly useful for those who are responsible for managing grants and reporting to funders, and those who are preparing to make applications to outcomes-focused funders. After registration, you will receive a brief survey so we can tailor the workshop to your needs. There will be handouts and signposting to further resources. Registration will be open from 9:30 and the training will begin at 10:00 sharp.
