      Holistic Yoga for Women - nourish your body, mind and soul!

      Yoga has many benefits but primarily, a regular yoga practice helps our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing at all stages of life. In these yoga sessions you will also learn how easily you can incorporate a simple yoga regime into your daily schedule.The sessions will be fun, creative and dynamic, which will include pranayama (breathing techniques), asanas (postures) and mantra meditation in a relaxing environment.Our qualified yoga instructor Brioni will facilitate these sessions. You are requested to bring your own yoga mat.
