Celebrating World Kindness Day - with Dr Kelli Harding & The Museum of Happiness

CELEBRATING KINDNESS TOGETHER Join us for an inspiring evening to celebrate World Kindness Day (13 Nov) and learn how you can use the life-changing power of kindness to improve your life and help transform our world. At this unqiue event, physician and health expert Dr Kelli Harding will share exciting new scientific findings showing how kindness affects our body and can alter our metabolism, immune functioning and overall wellbeing in profound and unexpected ways. Our friends from the wonderful Museum of Happiness will also guide us through practical ways to be kinder to ourselves and each other. And together we'll explore how the ripple effects from kindness can contribute to a better world for everyone. This really is one not to be missed! Hopefully see you there :) "Dr. Harding knows what our mental health needs: more kindness! A powerful message for us all, backed by research and woven together with the warmth of an expert clinician" ~ Drew Ramsey, MD "Happiness and kindness are skills we can learn - and the Museum of Happiness team have beautiful ways of helping us discover how" ~ Dr Mark Williamson, Action for Happiness   About The Contributors Dr Kelli Harding is a board certified psychiatrist focused on wellbeing and the interplay between mental and physical health.
